When it's evening in Hong Kong it's the middle of the night in Somerset. I respond to messages as promptly as possible during UK school hours, same-day bookings are available at a premium rate agreed upfront, and evening or weekend bookings are accommodated by arrangement.

I am your reliable, capable, personally accountable person on the ground in Somerset, someone who knows the school, knows the area, and gets things done. Every booking is personally managed by me. Where I am unable to accompany in person, I work with a small number of carefully vetted associates, DBS checked, fully insured and personally briefed before every booking. You will always know who is accompanying your child, and I am always the person you call.

Emergency airport runs to Heathrow and Gatwick available, these are long days so the rate reflects that, always agreed before I set off.
Somerset distances
Somerset is a beautiful county, and a rural one. The nearest specialist orthodontist, sports medicine practitioner or particular shop may be 30 to 50 minutes from school. A two-hour booking that covers a 45-minute appointment often includes travel in both directions.
This is the reality of boarding school life in this part of the world, and it is worth knowing before you book. The expected duration, and therefore the likely cost, is always confirmed before anything is agreed. There are no surprises on the invoice.
